WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT
As I believe that the body operates as a complete unit, I will assess you from the ground up.
After we chat and get to know about your background, old injuries and future goals, we will then go through a series of static and movement assessments.
These assessments, with the supporting evidence of the history, will lead us to find what your body is or is not doing, and find the movements to restore its natural, efficient movement

At the end of the session you will be given homework, which is where the magic really happens.
